Real estate & property websites,
built to win.
A property website needs accurate, current information and a clear next step for buyers, tenants or owners. We scope listing pages, search and enquiry workflows around your actual data source and team, rather than assuming every business needs a property portal.
What a real site
actually needs.
Listing information people can use
Agree fields such as location, price basis, availability, property features, imagery and contact route. Identify which source owns each field and how withdrawn or changed listings are handled.
A defined publishing or feed workflow
Choose manual publishing, an existing platform or a scoped feed integration. Document update frequency, duplicate rules, stale-feed alerts and what visitors see when information is unavailable.
Enquiries with a clear owner
Define the fields and routing for viewing requests, valuations or general enquiries. Test notification delivery and failure handling, with permission boundaries if the workflow connects to a CRM.
Asked & answered.
Do we need a custom property portal or a simpler website?
Start with inventory size, update frequency, search needs and enquiry handling. A manageable service website with selected properties may be enough; saved searches, accounts or multi-branch feeds create a different application scope.
Can listings connect to our existing property system?
A feed can be assessed when the provider supplies permitted API or export access. Agree field mapping, update timing, image rights, removal behavior and recovery before quoting. A feed connection is not included merely because a site displays listings.
How do you keep outdated listings from misleading visitors?
Name the data owner, review cadence and withdrawal process. For feeds, test changed, missing and duplicated records and agree a stale-data fallback. For manual publishing, assign a responsible editor and a regular review.
Can viewing enquiries enter our CRM?
The route can be scoped with field mapping, ownership, consent needs and failure handling. Test representative requests and restricted access before enabling live records. Our CRM preview is illustrative and is not evidence of a deployed property-system integration.
